Return Policy — Jewelry Fiesta

Jewelry may be returned within 14 days of the purchase date and must be in its original packaging.
Returns received after the 14-day return period will not be accepted and will be returned to the sender.
Please allow up to one week for your return or exchange to be processed.
All returned jewelry must be unworn, undamaged, and have the original tags attached. We reserve the right to refuse returns that show signs of wear or damage and return those items to the sender.
A valid proof of purchase is required, such as the original receipt, gift receipt, or order number.
If your item was purchased through one of our authorized retail partners, please contact the retailer directly to arrange your return.
If your exchange results in an additional balance due, we will contact you to collect the necessary payment information.
Refunds will be issued to the original method of payment, less any shipping charges. Shipping fees are non-refundable.
We require proof of shipment with tracking in order to process claims for lost return packages.
